What we collect
- Order data: your email, name (if provided), product purchased, and a payment-processor reference. We use this to deliver your file, send receipts, and provide support.
- Email-list data: if you opt in to a waitlist or lead magnet, we store your email and the source you signed up from.
- Basic site logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent) used for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your email or personal data.
- We don't store your full payment-card details — that's handled by our payment processor.
- We don't track you across the web.
Processors we use
We use third-party services to run the site: a hosting provider, a payment processor (currently Stripe; transitioning to Square), and an email delivery service. Each handles your data under their own terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click. Email andrea@jnanix.com for requests.
Cookies
We use only the minimum cookies required for the site and checkout to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
